We are looking for a Team Lead Research Unit who will head a unit of 5+ specialists, build complex research designs, and turn numbers into strategic decisions for international clients. From us \u2014 full remote, medical insurance, and space for your professional impact.<\/p>\n<h4>Who are we looking for?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working as a methodologist in marketing and\/or sociological research, as well as an analyst (at least 3 years);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in quantitative research (at least 3 years), preferably \u2014 experience in qualitative research \/ with the results of qualitative research;<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a team of 5 or more people;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to delegate and monitor team work;<\/li>\n<li>Education: sociology, social sciences, marketing;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, principles of sampling frame formation;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, ability to prepare spot-on conclusions in accordance with the client&#8217;s business tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Experience communicating with clients and the research team;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in independent project management and team coordination;<\/li>\n<li>Confident user of MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint);<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in SPSS, MS PowerBI, Tableau, and R is welcomed;<\/li>\n<li>English: from B2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Future tasks:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis of client requests, participation in the preparation of proposals;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in negotiations with clients;<\/li>\n<li>Team and project management;<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of projects\/tasks within the team;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring project execution by the team;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the formation and development of the team;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the development of research design;<\/li>\n<li>Management of the research project (including communication with clients and the team);<\/li>\n<li>Development of research tools4<\/li>\n<li>Control of the field stage implementation;<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis, preparation of analytical reports;<\/li>\n<li>Presenting the obtained results to clients;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in product development and improvement of reporting formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Opportunities and comfort:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully remote work format (full-time remote);<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team of professionals with a friendly atmosphere;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous development: training, experience sharing, and skills improvement;<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for fast career growth;<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience working with modern analytics tools and international markets;<\/li>\n<li>Paid vacation &#8211; 24 calendar days + day off on your birthday;<\/li>\n<li>Medical insurance after passing the probationary period;<\/li>\n<li>Additional days off throughout the year for recovery and balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you masterfully combine deep methodological expertise with a talent for team management \u2014 you are the one we need.
