As our future Research Manager, you will dive deep into analytics, test bold hypotheses, and help us make decisions based on facts rather than assumptions. We are looking for a researcher by calling, who will know our client better than they know themselves
Who are we looking for?
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of analytical work experience;
- Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies;
- Knowledge of MS Excel at the level of using formulas and pivot tables;
- Proficiency in specialized data analysis software packages (SPSS, R, etc.);
- Ability to write analytical reports and presentations;
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations for clients;
- An advantage will be proficiency in special analyses: cluster, regression, Conjoint, TURF, Correspondence.
Future tasks:
- Questionnaire development and testing;
- Analysis of datasets;
- Writing analytical reports and presentations;
- Presenting the obtained results to clients;
- Distribution of projects/tasks within the team;
- Monitoring project execution by the team;
- Mentoring and training the team.
